This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 22, 2009:
There's a twinkle in your heart which flutters like a dragonfly...you know the person sitting next to, or across from you, has understood your soul. If even just for a second, a minute, an hour, in that moment in time you both shared something very special, never again to be energetically duplicated. If you're really excited, like a visceral resonating "they got it!"...it feels like swimming through a tightly-woven school of small, little fishies fluttering out together in search of plankton.

Funny magic mushrooms story…In college, my boyfriend that I'd dated since age 16, made a morning omlette for me, without sharing he'd put in magic mushrooms. I broke up with him the next week. I was given a HUGE sign…I'd gotten my acceptance letter to attend grad school at UCLA and he wanted me not to go and “stay with him” (in Oregon) till he finished his masters. I let him know, I was going to grad school and he made a lousey omlette, that's why I was breaking up with him.
Maybe that one time of having MM unlocked the gift of uncovering my budding writer within…things that make you go hmmmm.
Oh update, decide not to get MFA in creative writing, too many required classes that looked boring. :)
