Being able to make my own decisions, being able to be creative and create. Living my life with a Montessori blueprint, discovering life. My parents never "grounded" me and I was never spanked. Having my own pets that I got to care for and love. Performing ballet in performances with Miss Gillette, being my mentor.

my team leader. i worked with a life coach a couple years ago...in one of my weeklies he wanted me to create a set of values to live by and keep me centered...at first from the list i could pick 20, piece of cake, then he wanted me to narrow down to ten, a tad challenging, then only five, core of who i am. in all the values i chose, once we discussed them at length, they were the members and spirituality was my lead.
my "spirituality practice" it's every minutes of every day...in the forefront of my mind: how i want to love and come from a loving heart, how i want to experience life, making mindful choices, how i treat people, how i want to live in this moment.
place, find and create?...place is staying focused and grounded in my spiritual heart now...find and create in whatever i do...if i need to get reconnected to it, it's a hike, a quiet walk, a cuddle zone, listening to the ocean waves, watching the lake shore hiccup over tangled, unpieced branches and murk, petting my doggie or kitties while looking into their eyes as they fall asleep, reading a book, feeling the sun bathe and warm my eyelashes, watching the moon move, listening to and watching a hummingbird flutter for food at it's feeder, sitting on my porch swing and feeling the in and out breath of the universe...
